PRICE POLICY
 |

The
price policy of RGS-Group is fairly
flexible and directly depends on the following factors:
– urgency of the customer’s task;
– scope of activities that are required to accomplish
the customer’s task;
– degree of complexity of a customer’s task;
– number and the professional level of specialists
engaged in accomplishing the customer’s task; and
– amount of overhead costs related to the accomplishment
of the customer’s task.
In any case, the final cost of services is determined
through negotiations.
We propose three possible variants of cooperation,
each of which may be used either separately or as
a whole:
1. Corporate servicing (annual or semiannual);
2. Special one-time servicing;
3. Hourly payment of services provided.
Corporate
servicing constitutes the commitment
of RGS-Group to provide any advocate
(legal aid) services and/or audit services on a contractual
basis within a term of validity of the agreement.
This variant of cooperation is the most economic one
and in its effect it is oriented at a customer who
needs regular and stable provision of advocate (legal
aid) and/or audit services.
Special (one-time) servicing
includes comprehensive advocate (legal aid) and/or
audit support by the RGS-Group of
one juristic act (fact) or several (known in advance)
juristic acts (facts) aimed at achieving the same
result.
Hourly payment
is used in the event of providing one-time advocate
(legal aid) and/or audit consultation by a specific
issue.
